the room ac worked very well. excellent customer service was provided. i was moved immediately when i reported the issue. the buffet is amazing and has a wide choice of dining.

charming surprise
wonderful bartendersfriendly staffwell-kept groundscute staff
ashley and carlitos were wonderful bartenders full of life i saw staff members taking care of sunburns the buffet staff was sweet i would tip generously the staff is deserving. the hotel staff was always friendly the staff always had a smile i found the room clean i needed to take the mini fridge out to get it to cool down. from when i arrived everyone was nice and cute i'd say the staff were chefs kiss.
the a/c in the room was not adequate to be comfortable it made sleeping difficult the king mattress was too hard affecting sleep

the room included a king-size bed and a mini fridge that i repositioned for better cooling the room was cleaned daily. i also found fresh towels and toiletries restocked regularly it was a nice touch.

the pool bar was my favorite area they have a family side with a better variety of food than the adult side. the hotel grounds include well-kept gardens and walking paths it provides a calm atmosphere .
